Going to try something, doing a decline / lower chest deep tissue dumbell workout, see if i can get those muscles on the lower part of my chest i feel i might be missing lifting my heavier weights activated, low weight, 20-25 reps, 5 sets, 3-4 exersizes wish me luck! I'll post my results shortly after.
