The six pack is almost well give it a couple of months and if I can keep my job I should have some nice abs by then.

Visit went great! I go back Friday for a follow up but until then he said no gym other than walking on the treadmill, cycling, or swimming. I love the fellowship I receive when I go in ❤️ God is so Good!! So until then I will continue to eat smart and healthy 😉 and enjoy some me time 😃

Hoping everyone is doing great and sorry I haven’t been nearly as active here. I have been good but not working out nearly as much because my oldest sister and her family has been staying with us but still getting things in here and there including getting in a nice workout in with my other brother-in-law him doing all squats and me doing squats and deadlifts.
