This morning I felt like I worked my back and biceps like I had never before. For several years, getting a decent back has been a little difficult to come by. Or maybe I always had a decent back with symmetry, but, it has looked the same for a few years. So, little before my gym closed, I have been determined to change that. My goal was never to build a monster back, but rather gain more strength and definition while maintaining a feminine figure. I went back to the basics - closely focusing on mind muscle connection for back exercises to achieve better gains and definition. I made sure to make each rep count through quality contraction and squeeze, range of motion (as well as partials) rather than forcing out as many reps as I can and obsessing about the amount of weight I am lifting. The iron does not lie, but, there is a difference between just getting 10 reps in and actually pumping proper 10 reps. Be well and stay safe, fit fam ❤️
