So, in about an hour I'm heading for a Covid test.. I started experiencing shortness of breath last week out of nowhere. Obviously hasn't impacted my workouts or anything else, besides coughing the last few nights while sleeping. No fever, no sore throat just initially tired returning from my trip and then some headaches. Bit of a runny nose too. I'm an asthmatic, but only when I get a chest cold do I feel it, so luckily I've been using an inhaler I have on hand. Not sure if I'd have been ok without it. So, here I go to see what's going on.

Taking the weekend to kind of reset my mindset as well as reset my body. Its crazy how much you take something for granted, such as the gym until its closed and youre unable to go. I have a home gym, but the motivation isnt the same. As well to this for whatever reason I felt social distancing meant eat everything bad that you see. Taking the weekend to detox with A LOT of fruits, veggies and water as well as taking the time to get stretched and hit some in home cardio before getting back after a lifting program starting Monday morning. It takes 21 days to build a habit so heres to getting back to good eats and killing the weights!!!

Working on my body....eating and drinking my way through quarantine and mourning....I’m sure this is what a therapist would recommend....😁💪🏻

Anyone else feeling like this? Lol all I have are two dumbbells of different weights, I use this bench to workout one arm at a time, switching the lying direction each time. I ordered some more equipment but it's going to be like 4 weeks.......😔😫🤪
