Only cardio this evening didnt get home till 615p was up since early this morn and did a 12 1/2 hr work day to boot..so a little “rest”thats why i dont do planned off days 😁

I miss bodyspace from 10 years ago, where programs and links were dead on. I devoded to support this uear snd subscribe hoping the programs would have a better experience and they dont. Broken links, links to videos from gethin on a neil hill program. Disappointing
