You know I'm not a fan of the early morning workout but I woke up way too early, even after only 5 hours of sleep. 😵‍💫 So I drank my espresso & got to work. ☕️☕️ Targeted the spots that needed a little extra attention this week: triceps, biceps, calves, & glutes.

Done with back and chest this morning. Finished it off with 24 mins on the treadmill burning 280 cal at a heartrate of 195. Rest tomorrow then something else later.
