The postive session’s continue for day 3 !!! Back and Bicept’s with some obliques work. Felt amazing and accomplished. Got really solid rep ranges with good mind muscle connection. Have a great day FitFam ! Pushing thru the tough times that think will slow us down only make us stronger. 🦍💪🏼
