I think I might have mentioned that I am ALL in for some shenanigans LMAO, and that I have an overinflated sense of what I can actually do at times He He He...so let's just say that combination bit me in the a$$ yesterday LOL....My phone is now resting peacefully at the bottom of the Flint River beneath the branches of a water oak rope swing which I immediately recognized for the foe it was. Needless to say, the ascent was glorious; the descent was a bit more on the ridiculous side. Once at the top of the swing, I decided I no longer needed to prove anything to anyone. I slowly lowered myself back down to my kayak which my daughter was holding for me. However, being my daughter, she felt that that was too easy and decided I needed a lesson in humility so she tipped my a$$ out.....no worries though! I saved the cooler and myself.....the phone was an unfortunate casualty LOL... no pics today, but workout completed and new phone on the way.....y'all not getting rid of me that easily

Solid start to the week. Rep PR for high bar squats. 345x8 which projects to a 435lb 1RM. Not bad considering I've been running a slightly aggressive weight cut for the last month plus.
