What a day you are all killing it and thats freaking awesome. Got a late workout in so knocked out 2.25 mile run and lots of stretching and body weight exercises. Hope everyone had a great day keep being awesome.

Well i think this gonna be a productive week. Might get closer to my spinning goal. That would be nice. Hell i could maybe even get to my goal by next monday that is what is on the agenda for now. Unless i change my mind cuting back on the calories to make a weigh loss possible. Still havent finiahed my home gym gonna worry about it when i get down to 220. Might even hold off on it when i get down to my highschool weight. Just window shopping fitness clothing for running and to workout in. Eatting 800 calories so i can lose weight i know its under what recommend for weight lose but i cant lose weight on a 1200 calorie diet. And i like making fast work. So here is to my weight loss journey to get down to 220 only ten pounds might keep it up to make it to my highschool weight of 175lbs. Havent thought that far ahead. But im definitely havent gained weight and i feel amazing. Any thoughts on your favorite fitness clothing line let me know with a comment ill check it out. Happy lifting fitfam.
