Day#86 /Seasion#83 Lower body #1 .... Meal#1 increased protien /carbs Show is getting closer so Coach revamped my whole program … Diet and Sessions Lower#1 Lower#2 push day pull day. This should be fun. Today was all heavy azz weight with last 2 reps being RIR’s. We did some Banded RDL’s which I love and lots of other compound movements. Hope this will make my legs really start growing. Hope you all have a great day. 🦍
