So i woke up feeling ‘bulky’ …. Read the overview for the FB fire and it’s main purpose is for muscle gain…. Which i dont want. So i made the decision to go back to showtime today.

Let's see if I can cross the 200lb barrier on bench this morning!!! right now I am at a 1RM of 195. If I can break it, that means 10lbs more and I'll break my lifetime PR, and another 15 on top of that means I've met my goal! #Roadto225 Thank you guys for supporting me this far. I hope you all crush your goals as well :)
