I’m no stranger to obstacles and life throwing me curve balls. And while it’s been a rough two weeks, today I’m focusing on the things I can control. Meal prep will be in full force this weekend because I don’t know how long I’ll be down with my back. And I know so much of this journey is diet, which is something I can control. So I’m smiling through the day and refusing to fall farther down the rabbit hole. One day at a time. Of course a hair update yesterday helped 👌🏻. Happy Friday! Lets get it.
