Tuesday: Lower body focus +cardio : Lat lunges👍 Sissy squats 👍 SLDL👍 Bulg. Split squats 👍 Sumo squats 👍 Glute bridges👍 Donkey kickbacks 👍 3x15 ea 15%incline treadmill 30 min. This was a giant struggle 😩 I tanked out early-not sure why.. my body feels sore and tired today. Think I need a new phone- my pics are blurry and it doesnt hold a charge
