Good morning my friends! Winter has settled back in here in Manitoba. I have managed to get myself back into a routine. Another okay at-home workout. Really missing the vibe of an actual gym. Just makes it easier to motivate myself when I see others pushing themselves. And I’m an introvert so it’s not exactly a social thing.
