Yesterday's workout was entered late and did not post. It was a early morning quick upper body workout. Flat Bench leverage 160 lbs- 10 reps, 210 lbs - 10 reps, 210 lbs - 10 reps; Lat Pulldown leverage 170 lbs - 10 sets,180 lbs - 10 reps, 190 lbs - 10 reps; ISO Upright Row leverage 100 lbs - 10 reps, 110 reps - 10 reps, 110 lbs - 8 reps.

Meh ... Leg Day. I tried to duplicate my leg day. All I could do were squats, straight-legged deadlifts, leg extensions and standing calves ... With very light kettlebells. At least it was something. But I'll figure out a way to do more. My legs have lost some size, including my hams and calves. I started way too late in the evening, so I didn't do high reps. For a warm up, I did 200 jump ropes And three sets of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression (because I didn't do them over the weekend). Don't forget to WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
