At 5.9 Mil after 3 weeks. Target was 2 MIl for month. Based on where I am, will make 8 Mil. Since Feb is shorter, always good to bank some extra LBs. Make something happen and ensure you make this Year Great FitFam.

Haven’t been on in a while. I’ve missed seeing my Fitfam. Hoping to login more often. I’m still doing thing at the gym. Changing stuff up. I did finally hit my 200 lbs on my deadlifts for a PR. ☺️💪🏼

Managed a quick chest and tricep session yesterday, first time in a couple of weeks my shoulders were giving me some grief. Will try to fit in a session later but it may have to be postponed to tomorrow, life is busy today, but as always, the diet will remain on point

chest, triceps, abs and cardio= thirteen minutes at 3.0 MPH at ten incline on the treadmill with two minutes of cool down. higher reps lower weight
