Got up at 2:45am, flew to Tampa, had 3 meetings and one more to go. Preworkout I took is going to be worth it in about 30 minutes when I hit the gym. Cant complain about the view though.

Da-yum, but that was a good one this morning .. upper body, chest presses, wide lat pulldowns, narrow lat pulldowns .. and, truth be told, feeling much better for the diet and medication overhaul ..
