HappyTerrificTuesday!!! The IG thought for the day is that we can’t erase memories but we don’t have to carry the baggage forward. The past as painful as it may be is a lesson not a life sentence. Learn the lessons and leave the heavy baggage in the past where it belongs. Today’s workout was 45 minutes on the glider and 200 landmine squats.

As men age,we go thru a system called Andropause,when less testosterone is produced and other things also slow down.From what i'm told,doctors are leery of TRT [testosterone replacement theropy] for several reasons.However if you are concerned with your lot in the aging process,I ask you to do the research,and study Zinc,as well as DHEA,to see if it's right for you.Both can be found in most retail outlets that sell vitamins.
