Happy MuscleMonday!!! The IG thought for the day is that far to many people waste time complaining about what they don’t have instead of being grateful for what they do have. Be grateful for your blessings. The workout today was Active Recovery on the glider for 40 minutes with pull-up assist bands for added resistance.
