45 min 🚲30/90sprints Hammer curls DB (pyramids)=emphasis on tri’s as well.. Tri kick-backs @OH ext. 3x10 supposed to be push/pull upper body but my L.shoulder is not cooperating and since my job relies on upper body mobility I’m not at liberty to push it 😦quite honesty, it’s too painful to even attempt right now.. feeling beefy with my lame attempt at flex Fri. pics. I don’t know how people take such great 💪pics, mine always disappoint me. TGIF
