Monday, treadmill (joined a Planet Fitness gym for access to a treadmill. I am impressed with the facility) in the morning before breakfast. Afternoon garage gym trainjng, squats, leg press, low pulley cable kickbacks, sissy squats on sissy bench, kettlebell sumo squats, plank, then din-din grilled chicken on spinach bed, jasmine rice, brussels sprouts, carrot, onion (these three steamed), coffee.

Well, well, well...looks like the blue bombolotti is starting to shape up. 🤔😎💙🌈💙🌈 Not my best, but we all know it’s not my worst. 😐 Strength is still oddly off a bit, but those rep ranges I played with on legs spanked me up one side and down the other. 😲 Little walking/sitting impairment today. 😳 Feels great to be sore though. 🤷🏼‍♀️💥💪🏼💥 Hope everyone was super productive today. 💪🏼
