Chest went down this morning. Nothing special. Disnt shoot for the heavens or anything like that. Just a nice reasonable training day. Actually felt really good just to enjoy the movements!

DFW airport, ‘lunch’ at TGI Friday’s, Terminal C, near gate 21, on the ‘music’ overhead, Neil Diamond’s ‘Sweet Caroline,” hearing this I am transported mentally to Union Station in Washington DC in 1972 waiting to board a Pennsylvania Railroad passenger train to Philadelphia PA returning home on the weekend when I was a Graduate Student at Johns Hopkin’s School of Advanced International Studies in DC on Massachusetts Avenue by DuPont Circle, when I fancied a foreign service or CIA career. This song brings it all back to me.
