Friday, 40 minutes treadmill at 11am at Planet Fitness. Home Training started at 7 pm: flat bench BB presses, incline bench DB presses, standing high pulley cable crossovers, seated low pulley triangle handle pulls, ez bar 21’s, ez bar curls, DB hammer curls, calf raises/stretches on 5” elevated block weighed down by my new made-in-Michigan cast iron Rogue Fitness kettlebells and ending hanging-from-power rack knee raises. Oh, the bicep work outdoors, 98% humidity, 73 degrees. After this, egg whites on bed of spinach with red potatoes. Home training ended 8:03 PM.

Lots of work here! Gotta get up early to beat the heat! Was up at 5 and mowing at 6:30. Going to the gym awhile. Slow go getting back since I got the stitches out. Took off cause I don't like set backs. Would loved to have dropped 10 pounds by now, but slow and steady wins the race. Other news, my antique store is completed and I am filling it up with goodies. I'll have a variety of everything, but my specialty is toys. I am an avid collector. Right now I've been opening it up to people i know. It'll be a fun job. Mark Twain said it best, "your vocation should be like vacation." That's my job and I am sticking to it riding my smile train, of course.
