Whoop legs were slayed !! Still don't like the Bulgarian split squats but hey they get done at 40kg/88lb lol... leg extensions need to go up 70kg/154lb for 60reps getting easy lol.... RDLs at 22kg feel good now... so froze my butt off with heavy train delays (6-8pm) but now moving at 8pm!! .... glad its rest day tomorrow 🤗 Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
