So check-in went well, everything is where it should be, only 12 weeks in so doing really well. Even my posing has improved 🤪 got a few lessons booked in. Weight went up, but so has calories again, oh gosh the amount i need to eat now 😫 this will be painful..... but got to be done. Bodybuilding is extreme your not in your comfort zone at all.... bring on week 13! Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾

Sorry guys. The lower body workout was on Saturday (forgot to post,) while the upper body was this evening. Not sure whether I will track another workout this week, it will be a busy one due to Australia Day, Lunar New Year celebrations, etc. Training will not stop, just taking time away from social media for a bit. By the way, kudos for all the hard work and inspiration. I wish you all a safe and stronger year, good health, and great success
