Home made Protien Shakes Certainly not one to throw out Nutrition information as we have more trolls in the fitness industry then you can poke a stick at. However, for those interested below is my own personal home made protien shake and its nutritional breakdown. This i have tried and tested for the last year and it allows me to minimise cost of expensive filler filled protien purchases and allows some good lean weight gain. ENJOY FIT FAM 1 x Banana 0% Fat, 30g Carbs, 1g Protien 1 x Large Egg 4.8g Fat, 0.4g Carbs, 6g Protien 100ml Milk 3.3g Fat, 4.8g Carbs, 3.4g Protien 200ml Water 2 x Tbsp Peanut Butter 4.7g Fat, 0.9g Carbs, 2.6g Protien 1 x Tbsp Chai Seeds 4.6g Fat, 0.4g Carbs, 3.1g Protien 7 x Tbsp / 40g Oats 4.7g Fat, 21.7g Carbs, 4.7g Protien Total = Fat        - 22.1 Carbs   - 58.2 Protien - 20.8 To reduce the fat content is easy: Remove fullcream milk and use Skim or low fat. Remove Peanut butter and blent plain almonds or cashews, either way the protien content will remain the same.
