Lookdown in the USA Here in Germany is now the s much better then in the USA we can go in restaurant in gym but all with distance and attention I changed my workout a little some of outside bike jogging some in the gym and some e at home with YouTube I'm thinking the most important is discipline in all to looking of your clothes your shave your workout cardiou and what you eat All this isn't easy ina lookdown. I wish all my BB friends al my best here from sunny Frankfurt To see the pictures of my Bb friends is and was the best motivation for me in all the time and especially in this crazy time

It looks so easy 😂metaburn90 day 51 triset 1 3sets 30sec each, db push up with altrnate row, db bent over row to bent over fly. Triset 2 3sets 30sec each, db hammer curl to shoulder press, db single leg dead lift left, db single dead lift right. Tri set 3 3 sets 30sec each, db wide squat to rack, db russian twist, v up. Finnisher giant set, 1set 30sec each all the above

AM two full body kettlebell workouts complete, off for a round of golf in the beautiful UK sunshine, fresh air and exercise a great combination...have a great day fitfam....
