Feeling better, finishing up day 3 with Covid. Hopefully I will feel well enough by this weekend to do my workouts from home. Energy is coming back, just need more rest. 🤒🤧😷💪🤞

So its been a few months since i pulled my back doing deads, and figured id give it a go today with my shoulder routine like i used to. Pulled my PR with ease (495)..... weird thing was my legs and azz were shaking as i was locking out, I couldnt stop laughing as it felt like i was twerking, and since ive never experienced that before i iwas scared my legs would give out and only went for one rep lol...... so even though my leg workouts have improved, theyre not helping with my deads.... I did have to modify my shoulder workout cause as i was warming up with 65lb dbs on shoulder press it felt good so i though id move it a little to stretch.... moved the weight back too much and my tweaked back (from sleep, or weather or something, not weight lifting related) literally tightened the eff up so i couldnt do any lifts that utilized my core for support, so like an idiot i just kept going and made sure my back was against something....I was still able to move some weight though.... so GO ME!
