Chest and Back Day at the gym ... It was a fantastic day. Numbers up everywhere! Last week ... I tossed up 80 x 8 ... This week ... 80 x 12! Decline barbell bench ... 185 x 12 ... And 175 on seated rows ... I am a happy boy! ➡️I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. ➡️ My 30-second plank challenge ... Was a bit of a challenge ... Exhausted from the day (story to come!) People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Now GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ GET A MASK! 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ...
