At first switching gyms took getting used to,but so much neglect made it easier to move on.Guys are warming to me in the new one,in fact one young guy was impressed with me that as I left he was copying my workout ! So it continues...

Feeling absolutely amazing in the last few weeks! I left my old job of 17 years, lost 20 lbs, and have boosted my T levels. I'd say I'm in the best shape I've ever been in.. inside and out!
