So glad to be back after a week of not training or attending the gym. It felt great and allowed my body to reset. I know it could be a mind f-ck but as long as you know that is a temporary break than it will be a week worth taking. 💪🏻💪🏻

Big adjustment after 5 months in flip flops gym shorts and jogging pants. 3 10hr days in a row in Steel toes and jeans on concrete. I need a vacation. 🤣

Chest shoulders and tris today. Trying some different shoulder movements today. Dumbbell hang clean and press so that I can push heavier and hopefully build mass without irritating the joint like I've been doing focuaing on isolation exercises. Oh and PSA if you take encapsulated bcaas, drink extra water after swallowing. Burping up powder like a smoked out dragon is possibly one of the worst things I've experienced in a fitness capacity.
