Morning Fitfam. Wednesday at last ! So the glutes/quads are unhappy this morning along with chest and shoulders... Joy... Never mind just means the training is working lol..... Legs again today was going to do cardio but i have a work conference tomorrow so need to be kinda awake lol. So cardio back to Saturday!! Happy training all Minx 😈🇬🇧🐾🐪

Tuesday, 02-25-2020. Went to my Eye doctor annual visit and found out my close. Up and far away vision is better than 1 1/2 year ago, at my last appokntment! So I won’t need stronger hlasses or contact lens! Non Scale Victory #1! Then I came home and toreup a LBWO. 4-Personal Records! Raised reps each Set, must have been the reason! Plus the MAX VOLUME (all sets) went up by 11.32%! That’s 3-weeks in a Row! Non Scale Victory #2!!! Woot!
