NEW SUPPLEMENTS ADDED: (1) Nutricost brand L-Glutamine 800mg replaced Spring Valley brand L-Glutamine 500mg. (2) TrueNature brand Ginkgo Biloba 120mg replaced Spring Valley brand Ginkgo Biloba 60mg. (3) Nutricost brand L-Carnitine Tartrate 1000mg replaced Spring Valley brand L-Canitine 400mg w/ 100mg Alpha Lipoic Acid. (4) added Nutricost brand BCAA 1000mg. (5) added Spring Valley brand Vitamin K2 MK-7 100mcg……All of the Nutricost brand supplements are better than the Spring Valley versions they replaced due to more main active ingredient, better bioavailability (powder-filled soft capsules vs hard pills), and cheaper cost per unit. The TrueNature ginkgo is better than the Spring Valley version for all the same reasons, along with the fact that they list the amount of Terpene Lactones (6% = 7.2mg per softgel), while Spring Valley doesn’t. I added in K2 to pair with D3 and brought back BCAAs back in capsule form after not using them for a month and a half (I still added BCAAs in powder form to my pre-workout).
