Delts and Traps ... In the gym!
Crowded gym at 7:30p, but I safely got to all of my weights and completed my workout! No new PRs ... Hoping to set some next week!
Still working on the rounding of the Delts ... I think that my gym's lighting doesn't help matters, either!
I did 100 squats and calf raises as a warm-up to the workout.
I also did my 22s daily for our Vets and those who suffer from depression.
Plus, I did my GLOBAL plank challenge! I was listening to the BBC as I did my plank ... Cool stuff! According to the organizer ... She has 45 participants from all over the world! Come join us!
