Well, this meal plan will take some getting use to. I am eating 6 meals a day that are around 400 calories each. Chicken, steak, fish, rice, sweetpotato, and veggies. We will see what happens over the next few weeks. Worked well years ago so why not go back to it. Worth a shot.
