So shoulders are toast, unlike my gym another session with the hoodie on lol. Weights mainly the same but hit 50kg/110lb on face pull and 80kg/176lb on rack pulls!! 😁 were looking 👍 caught a guy watching my pose in the mirror 😳🤣🤣 his face.... i luv being trouble in the gym. Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
