Good evening fit fam. Back and bi's today for my turn the corner Tuesday lunch escape. Row focus. Some supersets. Did: 4 sets of seated cable rows, 4 sets of seated Matrix rows, 4 sets of bent over barbell rows (underhand grip), 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of preacher curls, 4 sets of standing straight bar curls and 4 sets of two arm hammer curls on an inclined bench. PR on the high pulley rows to chest today with 185 lbs X 10. Had to clutch the bench with my knees to prevent from being launched. lol Hope that everyone had a great Tuesday. Hope you're making gains, making memories and having fun in the process. I always dig a little deeper with fit fam in mind. Thanks for your support! Bob
