Is this what means to be stacked?! Thomas to Percy: help! Villain guy: I'll whip you to shape unless you two train! (Play on words! What a useful engine) Found my kids toys next to my workout area. Put me in a great mood. Finished leg day. Lets see if I get any DOMS. My legs were tight today. For awhile I've been coasting on my squats. I just spent money on a rack I might have to start looking for more plates...first world problem!
