*From Tuesday's Midnight Rendezvous, With Legs, Back, & Shoulders. 😏🌃🌙👌🏾 Got In Some Slow-Form Pull-Ups, Whilst Gripping A 10lb Dumbbell With The Feet, For Added Torture....Erm....I Meant Resistance....🥵🔥💦🧗🏾‍♂️😎👍🏾 I Normally Do These On Thursday - My Typical "Day 2" Of Legs, Back, & Shoulders. However, There Were Only 2 Souls In The Gym (Including Myself), & Zero Of Them Were Occupying The Station Here Featured During Back Time!!! 🙌🏾💪🏾💡 Since It's The Tallest Pull-Up Bar Setup In The Gym, It Allows For The Greatest Range Of Motion! *Does A Range-Of-Motion Dance 🎉🎈🎊🥳🕺🏾🤓 The Other Stations Are A Bit Shorter, And While Still Effective, Don't Quite Allow For The Length Needed To Bring The Body, Arms, & Dumbbell Down, All The Way. 📏✔ The One Thing Equally Important To Proper Form, Is Of Course Complete Range Of Motion, Applicable To Any Exercise Being Done.
