I was tired...I hit snooze this morning. It happens right? Lol. And it probably happened because my best friend planned a rest day for today, which resulted in my unexpected rest day. ð¤·ð¼ââï¸ð. This will result in me walking out back during my lunch break. I also signed up for a Breast Cancer Fundraiser due to my FitSista @SummerThyme 25 burpees a day for the month of February. ð³ good timing considering I am dropping off a care bag tonight to my good friend who is in the beginning stages of her battle. To those of you ever affected, I got you. I pray for you. I care for you.
