Stayfit FitArmy mi amore to the Iron Brigade 💙 so the Doc said i couldnt workout over 200 woke up at 4am this morning 😑 235 ... took my insulin waited until 5.45am i was down to 198 , doc said 200😅 hit the gym banged out a quick arm day dropped from 198 to 72mg 💪💪 life hack!!! f#ck the rules 😏 grab life by the hair and put that b!tch over your knee for a spanking 💪💪 this way of life has unleashed a wave of determination in every aspect of my life , for that iam greatful

I was tired...I hit snooze this morning. It happens right? Lol. And it probably happened because my best friend planned a rest day for today, which resulted in my unexpected rest day. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂. This will result in me walking out back during my lunch break. I also signed up for a Breast Cancer Fundraiser due to my FitSista @SummerThyme 25 burpees a day for the month of February. 😳 good timing considering I am dropping off a care bag tonight to my good friend who is in the beginning stages of her battle. To those of you ever affected, I got you. I pray for you. I care for you.
