Coach changed up the workout... heavy during a cut... 25 min fasted cardio this am Chest and tri's 2/6 SS format Bench up to a a 315x2 with 2 sec pauses folled by 365 reverse bandedx6... And everything aftet was heavy too Followed by 30 min on the step mill... almosy too tired to pose this am
