Good evening fit fam. Back and bi's today for my Tuesday lunch escape. Row focus. Mostly back/arm supersets. Did: 4 sets of seated cable rows, 4 sets of seated Matrix rows, 4 sets of bent over barbell rows (underhand grip), 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of preacher curls, 4 sets of standing straight bar curls and 4 sets of two arm hammer curls on an inclined bench. Strongest lift today (my favorite) were the high pulley rows to chest with 175 lbs X 10. Low to mid 100's X 10 on everything else back. Finished in 45 minutes (vs. my usual 55) - but I had had enough on this escape. Hope that everyone had a great day. Have a great night! Bob
