Legs Night ... I hadn't done them in over a week! I went light, but I know that I'll feel these in the morning. 🤣 I got a decent, but temporary pump!💪 ➡️ I started with a warmup set of 135 on the deads, then did two sets at 175 ... Went light. ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I'm always here for an ear. 🙏 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!

KEEP GOING. MAKE WORKOUTS A HABIT. The reward will be bettef than you imagined! Keep it up my Body Space friends! Behind reporting into the team. We have had house guests visiting all week. Update: Today, Saturday, I pumped out a Lower Body dumbbell workout. Those 30-pound dumbbells on Set 4 & 5 were very challenging. Sunday will be my Free Day. See workout shert for more details.

Crazy day. Maintenance call before i had to go to work. Leaks in living space and kitchen. Went to all 3 floors and couldn't find where it was coming from. Just took pictures. Sent to manager. Work was a bit slow. No truck showed up this morning. But kept busy. Had 4 boxes of chocolate, caramel almonds, mint chocolate and cherry covered balls to fill in containers. Finally got in a little leg workouts. Truck showed up 45 minutes before Lowe's Foods was closing. They closed at 6pm due to road conditions. Of course produce had to be at the back of the trailer. Did my job and had dinner. Then a quiet night 🌙 of patrols. See how slick it will be in the morning 🌄. But get in another workout tomorrow to warm me up. Have a great evening all💪.
