Had a good leg workout yesterday. Nice walk this morning and delts with lats later today. Happy with where I'm at with leaness at 248 pounds but never satisfied. Got to keep working. Have a great day Fit Fam!!

Workout 3 done after two years of nothing due to a stroke, bad, and a baby, SO GREAT!!! Im sore, lower than level zero, look and feel out of shape, had to modify every single exercise, BUT, I got back out there!!!!!!!!! LONG ROAD TO GO, BUT ITS THE HEALTHY ROAD AND IM BACK IN THE GAME!!!

Great morning fit fam, happy Sunday. Its my only rest day of the week. Ill be doing a family walk around the neighborhood but thats about it. Week 1 was exhausting but i know ky body will adapt to the cut. Now time to add in some cardio now that i know how long the workouts are. Chest and back to start the week tomorrow. Lmao in my drive to the gym i pass many fast food restaurants, the ling lines in the drive throughs are rediculous! Just me and another person waiting for the gym to open!! Lol whats wrong with people??
