Today was suppose to be a shoulder workout and it was, sorta. Got in 20 minutes on the elliptical and then did a HIIT workout with battling ropes, sledgehammer swings and dumbbells. Did some skipping, running and tire flipping after each set. Starting Erin Stern's FitU program Monday💪. I'm hoping that since I had to pay for the program it help give me the extra discipline and guidance I need to get the results I want to achieve.
