Today is cardio, shoulders, squats, situps. Its been 30 days since i had a drink (i got in the havit of having 1-2 weekly or biweekly) and while i always have the most energy ever lollll. I feel like i have even more energy now!!! ☺️🙃🏃🏻‍♀️
