Sunday Question: What is everyone's opinion on "cheat day?" I view it as a meal that though it is a cheat, I like to have a plan and WO before the meal to bank the calories. My favorite is BBQ wings, fries w/ ranch at the Batting Cage, no beer. what works for me is planning my Cheat meal and earning it that day. I find my Fitbit helps me with this pre-planning the meal.
