Legs this morning My journey is about giving myself opportunities. I want to take risks, put myself out there and put my faith in action in my journey, but no matter what anyone says about me, I am determined to be my best self and no one is going to stop me. While I had struggled with ‘fitting in’ or my identity – training gives me my first face of confidence. That first bit of confidence can be a gateway to many other great things. People want to project their own insecurities on others, but I refuse to allow them to put that on me. Just because they do not think that they could be the better than others does not mean that I should not have the confidence to believe I can do anything. Take care of yourselves. Stay strong and safe, fit fam ❤️
