Wednesday gyms opening can’t come soon enough for me, whilst I have been consistent on home dumbbell workouts a lack of cardio on the cross trainer has had a negative impact on my weight control....stay safe fitfam....

I really had a hard time getting motivated to workout today lol but once I finally did and really got going it ended up being an awesome abductor, adductor, and glute workout!

Sunrise, sunset ... Looking East ... The Sierras at sunrise (haven't seen them in a while) Looking West ... The blazing sun dropping behind the Coastal Range. Thankful for beautiful days! Rest day ... But this time .... Totally lazy day! But I did take a three mile stroll (so that should count for something!) I did my set of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression.
