Today I did my upper body workout chest triceps and shoulders and my core muscles. I will amid the last few days I really didn’t workout and I paid for it today lol I did my walking this morning and my knee was hurting me but after awhile it warmed up and didn’t even bother me I know I don’t have my watch right now too track the calories I burned but that’s not important the main thing is that you just do the work I hope everyone has a great blessed safe day.
